1 In a large nonstick pan over medium heat, cook the ground chuck until fully browned. Drain excess grease and return the beef to the pan over medium-low heat.
2 Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and add water. Stir until fully combined and simmer until the mixture thickens. Introduce diced Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, and Rotel tomatoes (juices and all) to the pan. Stir continuously until the cheeses melt and the mixture is well combined.
3 Pour in the milk a little at a time, stirring until the dip reaches your desired consistency.
